About Diana
An AI companion built for see-through glasses — a device you can wear down a street, which is the thing a headset cannot do.
Why glasses
Most assistants are built for a screen you look at. Diana is built for a display you look through. That changes the design at every level: black is transparent, so her interface is drawn in neon strokes rather than filled panels; she occupies one mark at the edge of vision instead of a window; and because she can see the room, "what is this?" becomes a question worth asking.
She is not an app you open. She is a service that is always there, and deliberately quiet until you speak.
Built to be honest
A companion that guesses is worse than one that admits a gap. Two rules shape the build: anything that can be computed locally is computed locally, so the answer is exact rather than plausible; and when a capability is missing or the link is down, Diana says so instead of improvising. A gap in what she can do never turns into a confident invention.

One family, several platforms
Diana's persona, skills and memory formats are written once and implemented per platform. Android XR is the first of these; Diana VR already ships on Quest and PICO, and WebXR and Snap Spectacles versions are planned.
