We read everything that arrives. Diana is early software on early hardware, and reports genuinely shape what gets fixed next.
Please write in English or Japanese — either is fine.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the Help page, especially the troubleshooting table. If Diana is slow, warm, or dropping her connection, check whether the device is hot — thermal throttling explains most of it.
Reporting a bug
The most useful report tells us three things:
- What you said or did — the exact phrase, if it was a spoken request.
- What she did instead — including the status line, if one was showing.
- Your device and app version — the version is on the About card in the hand menu.
If Diana answered something she could not actually have checked — a room she did not see, a place she is not in, a time she did not read — please tell us. That class of bug matters more to us than a crash.
Privacy requests
Diana has no accounts and we hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing on our side to export or delete. Everything she remembers lives on your glasses; clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it erases all of it. If you have a question about what leaves the device, the privacy policy lists every destination by name, and you can write to us at the address above.
